doTERRA Essential Oils For Allergies

There are many types of allergies and many ways in which they show themselves in the body. According to my Modern Essentials reference book, “An allergy is a damaging immune system response to a substance that does not bother most other people. Common allergies are to food, insect bites, pollen, dust, medicine, pets, and mold. Allergy symptoms vary greatly, but common allergic responses include itching, swelling, runny nose, asthma, and sneezing.” In desperation, people with allergies try anything to lessen the effects including taking prescription drugs and over-the-counter symptom suppressors. This form of treatment often times creates other types of unwanted side effects, can be expensive, and create a dependency.
Seasonal allergies are the result of inflammation in the respiratory air passages caused by pollen, dust, mold, and other foreign air particulates. Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade (CPTG) essential oils like doTERRA are excellent in addressing inflammation in the body, and there are some specific oils and techniques that can greatly help the inflammation related to both seasonal allergies and other types of allergies.
doTERRA essential oils are a safe, effective, healthy, and inexpensive way to relieve allergies.
